Refunds, Returns, Exchanges:

 

At Edmond & Sax, we stand behind each of our jewelry products with a 14-Day Return. If you receive a purchase that was damaged, please return immediately in the original package. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for the damage of the item or the return of the package because there is really no way to know exactly how the package was damaged. We will allow an exchange and cover the postage cost to receive the exchange.  Simply return the damaged item in the original packaging within 14 days from the day received, to receive an exchange. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, email address, and the exchange item you would like. The exchange item must be the same amount as the original item. If you have any questions, please contact customer service through our contact page. Note: Exchanges can only be exchanged once every  5 years. It doesn't matter how many items you are trying to exchange an item. You can only exchange once every 5 years.

 

 

Shipping Fees:

All orders are charged a $7.95 shipping fee depending on weight and location. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive an order. Depending on destination and weather, will determine the arrival of your order.   If you have any question, please contact customer service through our contact page.  

Holidays Delays:

1. Do accept International Orders?

Yes, and there is a $150 charge to ship international orders. All international orders must be processed /paid over the phone with a customer service representative. Please contact customer service through our contact page and include your name, phone number, and a detail message. Note: Once an order has been submitted over the phone, the order is final and cannot be cancelled. 

 

2.  Can I return or get a refund for a ring if it doesn't fit? 

Yes, you can return the ring for an exchange, but no refund. Exchanges can only be exchanged once every 5 years. 

 

3. Can my order be canceled?

No, once the order has been submitted the processing begins.
